This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20408 of 2024 by order dated 28.08.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police every Saturday, until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 11 weeks and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20408 of 2024 on 28.08.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
