The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 07.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27354 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, E5, Foreshore Estate Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He would further submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Gingee.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Gingee on 06.01.2025 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly.
