ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.24651 of 2024 on 04.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of thirty (30) days and thereafter, as and when required for the interrogation. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.24651 of 2024 on 04.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
