Na.Ka.No.73891/00/A3 dated 03.12.2003 and the order bearing No.1/2003/04 dated 10.12.2003 on the file of the fourth respondent Special Officer, Coonoor Co-operative Primary Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Ltd and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to retain the petitioner as Supervisor at the Coonoor Co-operative Primary Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Ltd itself without any break in service.
