ORDER
The present application to implead as second defendant in the suit in C.S.No.150 of 2024.
2. The instant suit had been filed seeking for a mandatory injunction to direct the Administrator appointed by this Court to handover the administration of the plaintiff Sangam and College to the plaintiff's Executive Committee and continue as Administrative Adviser to the plaintiff's Sangam and College.
3. The plaintiff Sangam with one Mr.Neol Raj claims to be the acting President of the Sangam. The applicant herein claims himself to be the elected representative of the Sangam in an AGM that is alleged to have been conducted on 17.07.2024. Even though, the said AGM have been seriously disputed both by the plaintiff and the defendant, it is to be seen that a suit in C.S.No.56 of 2025 is also on record before this Court seeking to frame a Scheme in respect of the plaintiff/ Sangam.
4.In such view of the matter, I do not find any impediment in ordering the application as prayed for. Accordingly, the applications stands allowed. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carryout necessary amendments.
