ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 09.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9667 of 2012, thereby directing the respondent to

conduct inquiry on the application submitted by the petitioner and pass order on merits and in accordance with law.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and passed order by the proceeding dated 24.10.2025. He also produced a copy of the order dated 24.10.2025 before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
