Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in connection with the impugned order File No.RET/311/4

44/2005/Part-I dated 13.01.2014 passed by the fourth respondent herein and another rejection order No.RET/31-44/2005/Part-III dated 18.02.2015 passed by the second respondent herein order No.RET/3144/2005 dated 16.09.2023 passed by the fourth respondent herein and quash the same consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any suitable post.

ORDER

Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
