ORDER

The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 20.08.2019 passed in W.P.No.17902 of 2019. 2.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents produced a copy of the Government Order issued in G.O.(Ms.) No.30, Higher Education (B2) Department, dated 28.02.2025, wherein orders were passed absorbing the petitioner from the post of temporary lecturer in Dharmapuri District Co-operative Sugar Mills Polytechnic College into Government Service as Lecturer in Government Polytechnic College. 3.

Since the order dated 20.08.2019 passed in W.P.No.17902 of 2019 has been complied with by the respondents by issuing the aforesaid Government Order, the present Contempt Petition is closed. 14-03-2025 veda Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
