This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register F.I.R as ordered by the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore vide order dated 27.09.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.62271 of 2024 within a specific time period.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that order dated 27.09.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.62271 by the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore has been complied with and based on the petitioner's complaint, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.323 of 2024 as against the accused persons, for the offence under Section 420 IPC.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
