ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.7(a) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20450 of 2024 dated 3.10.2024 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.20450 of 2024 dated 3.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Chengalpet, on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
