1. On an earlier occasion, by an order dated, 18.12.2023, this Court, finding that the Petitioner is an individual and filed the Writ Petition as if he is representing the Srimath Sundaramoorthy Swamigal Mutt, pointed out that the Petitioner has to amend the cause title. In tune with the said order dated 18.12.2023, the Petitioner has filed the above WMP to amend the cause title of the Writ Petition and connected WMP by showing the Petitioner as Srimath Sundaramurthy Swamigal Trust, represented by its Trustee, M.Kandappan.

2. Considering the facts admitted by the Petitioner and the earlier order passed by this Court, this Court finds that this WMP has to be allowed and accordingly, it is allowed.
