ORDER

This criminal revision case has been filed to set aside the order dated 25.09.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.1022 of 2023 in C.C.No.2 of 2021 passed by the learned Special Judge for PC Act Cases, and consequently to direct return of the

above mentioned properties to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. Accordingly, this criminal revision case stands dismissed as infructuous.
