[Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.] This petition has been filed to extend the leave granted to the convict prisoner from 04.12.2023 to 02.01.2024, by order dated 30.11.2023 in W.P.No.33065 of 2023.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the convict prisoner is suffering from heart pain and is presently under medical treatment. 3.Considering the medical condition of the convict prisoner, this Court is inclined to extend the leave granted to the convict prisoner from 02.01.2024 till 18.01.2024, subject to the same conditions imposed by this Court in earlier order while granting leave. The convict prisoner shall surrender before the 4th respondent by 5.30 p.m. on 18.01.2024. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. (S.S.S.R., J.)
