The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in C.C.No.1029 of 2024, pending on the file of the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and that the next hearing date is 24.02.2025.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.10800 of 2024 dated 30.04.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 24.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m. and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 08.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector Of Police, K-3 Aminjikarai Police Station, Chennai.
