[Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] Earlier, by order of this Court dated 09.11.2023 in WMP.No.31602 of 2023 in WP.No.32019 of 2023, the prison inmate was directed to be released temporarily for a period of three months with a condition that he shall report the local Police Station, viz., D3 Ice House Police Station, Chennai once in a week. The present application is for relaxation of the said condition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the detenu has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenu is undergoing certain medical ailments for which he is taking treatment and therefore, he seeks for modification of the said condition.

4. On being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit and the submissions of both sides, this application is allowed by modifying the condition that the detenu shall report before the Police Station (D3 Ice House Police Station, Chennai) once in a month during the period of interim bail commencing from 01.02.2024.
