These Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to modify the order dated 28.11.2023 passed in W.P.Nos. 25031, 25035, 25038 and 25042 of 2023 by directing the respondents to accept the undertaking given by the petitioner dated 05.12.2023 and lift the provisional attachment passed by the 2nd respondent dated 16.08.2023.

Learned Senior Counsels appearing for both the petitioner as well as the respondents would submit that the order of this Court dated 28.11.2023 has been duly complied with. Therefore, they would submit that these petitions have become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, these miscellaneous petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
