C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 372, 373, and 506(ii) of I.P.C r/w Section 81 of The Juvenile Justice ( Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015 in Crime No.510 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners herein are A2 and A6. It is stated that the defacto complainant had physical relationship with A1, due to which the defacto complainant became pregnant and gave birth to a girl child. It is further contended that all the accused including this petitioner had sold the girl baby to some strangers.

3. Considering the heinous nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
