Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the respondent in connection with the Order of Recovery passed by him in his proceedings Ma.Anai No.138/2004 No.2/55559/2000 dated 25.02.2004 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to re-pay the recovered amount of Rs.26,220/- (Rupees Twenty Six Thousand two hundred and twenty only) with interest at 18% p.a. to the petitioner.
