No. 3223? And furnish the name of above officers.

(ii) Whether any enquiry conducted before issuing patta with the persons name in the patta? If so, furnish the details of the enquiry? 1/4

Heard Mr. V.Elangovan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.J.Mohamed Sathik, Learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the Respondents, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Petitioner has sought for a direction to the First Respondent to dispose his appeal dated 03.02.2023 seeking certain information under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the information sought by the Petitioner has been furnished to him and the Second Respondent has filed a memo dated 21.12.2023 to that effect, which is placed on record. 2/4

In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
