ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.23007 of 2024 on 19.09.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 AM, until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai on 27.12.2024 in P.R.C. No.17 of 2023.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai on 27.12.2024 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the Trial Court. Thereby, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23007 of 2024 on 19.09.2024 is modified.
