This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of the order and decree dated 02.07.2025 in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in O.S.No.208 of 2023 pending on the file of Additional Sub-Court, Vriddhachalam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, production of certified copy of the order and decree dated 02.07.2025 in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in O.S.No.208 of 2023 is dispensed with for the present.
