ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition of reporting before the Special Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act 1997, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24908 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the investigation has been completed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed in Paragraph 8 (b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.24908 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act 1997, Chennai, on 20.12.2024 and thereafter, on the date to be fixed by the learned trial Judge.
