This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(a) imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" passed in Crl.OP.No.27474 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate [criminal side] appearing for for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition for one week and hence objected to modify the condition.

3. Considering the representations made by both side counsel, nature of offence, and the petitioner also complying with the conditions regularly, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months". With the above said observation, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
