On overall reading of the interim order impugned before this Bench in general and paragraph No.2 in particular, we are of the view that the learned Single Judge had only recorded his prima facie view for the purpose of relegating the parties to explore the

possibility of an amicable settlement. However, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that the observations in paragraph No.2 may cause prejudice to appellants while the matter is disposed of finally. 2.If that be so, it is always open to the appellants to seek for necessary clarifications with regard to the observations made in paragraph No.2 before the Writ Court. Since, no positive directions have been issued in the interim order, we do not intend to interfere with the same.

3.These Writ Appeals stand dismissed accordingly. No costs. (M.S.R, J.) (R.S.V, J).
