This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26560 of 2024 by an order dated 29.10.2024 passed by this Court to appear before respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in P.R.C.No.39 of 2024 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Keezhvelur.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.26560 of 2024 on 29.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 15.12.2024 at 6.30 p.m., and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Keezhvelur on the dates to be fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
