The Writ Petition in W.P.No.1613 of 2024 has been filed to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records and quash the refusal check slip dated 28.07.2023 RFL/1 Joint Sub Registrar Cuddalore/68/2023 issued by the respondent and consequently direct the respondent to register the sale deed dated 24.7.2023 executed in favour of the petitioner by Mrs. T. Margaret Santhakumar @ Fathima Beeivi in respect of property measuring an extent of 6319 Sq.ft in T.S. No.431/2A2Ain Block No. 15 Ward No. 6 Bharathi Road Pudupalayam

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry after issuing notice and giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, adjacent land owners of four boundaries of the subject property, interested parties/rival claimants/objectors if any, as the case may be and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the abovesaid direction, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
