ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.13508 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.18506 of 2024 dated 01.10.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of six months.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.13508 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.18506 of 2024 dated 01.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar months at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
