Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

Considering the submissions made, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.6[b] by this Court, vide order dated 24.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.26353 of 2025 is modified as follows: "6[b] the petitioner shall stay at Kanchipuram and report before the Inspector of Police, B-1, Sivakanji Police Station, Kanchipuram District daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limit of the respondent police;"

Registry is directed to carry out the said modification in the order dated 24.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.26353 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy.
