Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2025 and consequently direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry regarding the award of compensation for land acquisition provided to the petitioner and his family members and to pass appropriate orders thereon within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2025 and consequently direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry regarding the award of compensation for land acquisition provided to the petitioner and his family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and other legal heirs in respect of the subject property. The petitioner also alleged that the counter parties had fabricated some documents and obtained patta. The

petitioner is also disputing the partition deed between the petitioner and other legal heirs.

4. Therefore, the petitioner ought to have approached the Civil Court for appropriate relief. The relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be gone into, since there is a title dispute in respect of the subject property.

5. In view of the above, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered and the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
