ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in respect of First Information Report in Crime No.275 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, T-1 Tambaram Police Station and Quash the same.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.275 of 2023, charge sheet was filed through e-filing on 27.12.2024 vide e-filing No.LTN20230003042/C202400696 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram.
4. Since the first respondent-Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the magistrate concerned, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law before the trial court.
