Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in Lr.No.1603-Regr/B1/V.Premkumar/Condonation of attendance/2004 dated 20.05.2004 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent, without jurisdiction and unconstitutional and to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to attend the second year of the B.L. Course.

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner questioning the shortfall in attendance of the petitioner in pursuing the law course in the first respondent-University. A memo has been filed today by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that the petitioner has completed his course successfully and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
