Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, Directing the respondents 1 to 5 to issue patta in the petitioner's name for the properties measuring to 1)an extent of 21 cents of land comprised in Survey No.64/6A and 2)21 cents of land comprised in Survey No.64/6B situated at Venbavoor village, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District totally 42 cents of land by considering her representation dated 18.11.2024 within a time limit to be stipulated by this Honourable court.

O R D E R

Seeking a direction to respondents to consider her representation dated 18.11.2024 to issue a patta in her name in respect of the properties measuring (i) an extent of 21 cents of land comprised in Survey No.64/6A and (ii) 21 cents of land comprised in Survey No.64/6B situated at Venbavoor Village, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District, totally measuring an extent of 42 cents of land, the petitioner is before this Court. 2/5

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP accepting notice for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited prayer that is sought and also considering the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2024 has not been considered to date, a mandamus is issued to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2024 for issuance of patta after issuing notice to all the interest parties and pattadars, hearing their objections and thereafter pass orders. In case of a rejection a speaking order shall be passed. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 5 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
