This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to F.I.R in Crime No.2 of 2024 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.2 of 2024, charge sheet was filed through e-filing on 28.08.2024 vide e-filing No.LTN20220002540C202400037 before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Egmore.

4. Since the first respondent-Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the magistrate concerned, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
