Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the representation dated 30.06.2023 and to act upon the reimbursement claim of the petitioner dated 22.09.2021, which was recommended by the Head Master of the Government Higher Secondary School, Mallapally, Tirupattur District, vide Na.Ka.No.147/2021 on 13.10.2021 and to direct the Respondents to release the reimbursement claim amount of Rs.12,82,969/- in accordance with law.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the act upon the representation dated 30.06.2023 and to act upon the reimbursement claim of the petitioner dated 22.09.2021, which was recommended by the Head Master of the Government Higher Secondary School, Mallapally, Tirupattur District, vide Na.Ka.No.147/2021 on 13.10.2021 and to direct the Respondents to release the reimbursement claim amount of Rs.12,82,969/-

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the seventh respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2023 in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3/6

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
