This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police to conduct further investigation and file final Report in Crime No.159 of 2009 pending on the file of second Respondent.
2. On instructions, Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents submits that after the completion of the investigation in Crime No.159 of 2009, the F.I.R. itself was closed as further action was dropped on 14.10.2009. However, no records are available with the 2nd respondent
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The 2nd respondent is directed to submit a fresh closure report before the concern jurisdiction magistrate and serve referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner.
