ORDER

This petition has been filed to complete the investigation and file a final report in connection with Crime No.6 of 2024 registered for offences under 1 / 4

Sections 465, 468 and 471 IPC, pending investigation on the file of the respondent-Police.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the prosecution/investigating officer is awaiting for the Forensic report and on receipt of such Forensic report, the prosecution will file the charge-sheet/final report before the Court concerned. The respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and file the charge-sheet before the Court concerned, as early as possible.
