Heard Mr. S.Karthikeyan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr, J.Ravindran, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents and Mr. V.Ravi, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The grievance ventilated by the Petitioner is that he had made a representation dated 03.04.2023 to the First Respondent to take action against the officials of the Co-operative Society of the Third Respondent for not executing sale-deed despite payment under Sai Co-operative Nagar Housing Scheme, but as it did not evoke any response, it has necessitated the filing of this Writ Petition.

In furtherance to the order dated 12.01.2024 passed by the Court, the First Respondent has filed Counter-Affidavit dated 22.02.2024 stating that the the Deputy Registrar (Housing) Chennai by Proceedings No. RC. 759/2023/C1 dated 21.02.2024 ordered enquiry regarding the aforesaid representation made by the Petitioner and its copy has been placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
