W.M.P.No.41397 of 2024 in Rev.Aplw.SR.No.164700 of 2024 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to file Review Application to review the order dated 28.06.2024 in W.P.No.16906 of 2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the third party. His right is affected by virtue of the order made in W.P.No.16906 of 2024, particularly Paragraph Nos.6 and 7 of the order. Further, he submitted that already partition is made in respect of the subject property pursuant to the judgment made in O.S.No.3216 of 1987. Later, the property has been transferred in the name of the petitioner by virtue of the sale deed dated 16.10.2019, pursuant to the judgment dated 09.04.2012 made in suit filed for specific performance in O.S.No.1542 of 2011. 3.Considering the above facts, this Court is of the view that the leave has to be granted to place the matter.
