2. It is reported that the three of the accused in this case has died. Accordingly the case in P.R.C.No.900042 of 2008 of Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Villupuram Taluk, Villupuram, stands abated and this Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.
