The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section Girl Missing @ 363, 366, 376(2)(n) of IPC and Section 5(1), 5(i), 5(ii) r/w Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.322 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner is the accused. It is seen from the records that the victim child who had gone to school on 27.09.2023 had not come back and later she had been rescued.
