The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to re-fix the pay of the petitioners by adopting 2.57 multiplier/matrix on a par with 7th Pay Commission revision from the date of promotion and other all retirement benefits including pension in the light of the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.3609 of 2020, dated 20.06.2023 which was confirmed by the Division Bench in W.A.(MD).No.1099 of 2024, dated 04.07.2024 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP.(C) No.26264 of 2024, dated 11.11.2024.

Considering the fact that the claim of the petitioners has already been covered by the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A(MD)No.1099 of 2024, dated 04.07.2024 which has been affirmed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP.(C) No.26264 of 2024, dated 11.11.2024, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 11.07.2025, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in line with the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court indicated above.
3. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
