and SUNDER MOHAN, J.
[Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] In our earlier final order dated 04.03.2024, we had directed the respondents to consider the representation dated 17.11.2023, seeking for premature release, within a period of six (6) weeks and listed the matter today under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.
2. Today, when the matter is called upon, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the respondents require further time to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2023 and pass orders, for which purpose, he has also cited certain administrative reasons.
3. We are convinced with the reasons assigned by the respondents. Accordingly, the respondents are granted further time for a period of six (6) weeks from today, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders.
