Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the second respondent.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, the delay of 918 days in filing the respective appeal is condoned.

It is made clear that the petitioners are not entitled to claim interest for the delay period of 918 days on the enhanced award amount, in case of their success in the appeal. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order. Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.R.Sreevidhya. counsel for the second respondent at the time of admission.
