This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 04.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.11058 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13351 of 2023 to report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on every 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month, until further orders.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on first working day of every month at 9.00 a.m., and 6.30 p.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
