ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to provide necessary Police Protection to survey his land comprised in S.No.44/1 to an extent of 0.40.5 cents situated at Mahanoor Patti Village, Uthangarai Taluk, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Krishnagiri District by the Taluk Surveyor.

ssr 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3.The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint/representation before the 1st respondent police in-person along with all the relevant documents and the 1st respondent shall act upon the same and conduct an enquiry and take a final decision, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint from the petitioner.
