2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 23.02.2024, passed in Crl.O.P.No.28807 of 2023, paragraph No.5(c) of the order may be substituted as follows:

"[c].The petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) to the credit of Crime No.379 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur, Chennai. On such deposit being made, the leanred Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur, Chennai, may transfer the amount to any interest earning fixed deposit account in anyone of the Nationalized Banks and pass final orders on conclusion of trial. If the petitioner is acquitted, the amount with interest may be handed back to the petitioner and if the petitioner is convicted, the amount with interest may be handed over to the defacto complainant."

3. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 23.02.2024, shall remain intact.
