This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that a complaint was given against the petitioner and his parents before the All Women Police Station, Selaiyur, which was enquired in CSR No.166 of 2023 and the same was closed on 20.05.2023. In view of the same, there is no question of the second respondent herein harassing the petitioner by calling for any further enquiry. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further added that the said Koteeswari had given yet another complaint before the Selaiyur Police Station (Law and Order) and based on the same, an FIR came to be registered in Crime No.322 of 2023 on 18.06.2023, against the petitioner and another.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that insofar as the case where the FIR was registered, the petitioner had already filed an anticipatory bail petition before this Court and anticipatory bail was also granted. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present case confines itself to the complaint that was made to the All Women Police Station, Selaiyur. 2/4
4.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is clear that the complaint that was given before the All Women Police Station, Selaiyur, was enquired in CSR No.166 of 2023 and it has already been closed on 20.05.2023. Hence, it will suffice to record this and dispose of the criminal original petition.
