2. These are cases in counter. These cases in Cr.Nos.88 of 2016 and 87 of 2016 are registered for alleged offence(s) under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506 (ii) of IPC and Sections 294(b), 323, 326 and 506(ii) of 1860 respectively. The parties have moved on and have no objection to the case being disposed of on compromise. Due to the unique manner in which this designated bench conducts hybrid hearings, the filing of written affidavits or terms of compromise is dispensed with. Considering the factual matrix, the context in which the conflict arose, the background of the parties, and their present position, this is an appropriate case for the exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as per Gian Singh -VsState of Punjab & another, (2012 10 SCC 303). 3. Accordingly, these cases in C.C.Nos. 145 and 170 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri, stand quashed. This Suo Motu Transfer Case are disposed of. 22.09.2025 rap electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
