This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in para No.6(b) passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18829 of dated 12.08.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that final report has been filed and the case is pending in Spl.S.C.No.43 of 2024 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court exclusively to Deal with offences under the POCSO Act at Pondicherry and the case stands posted to 16.12.2024.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court exclusively to Deal with offences under the POCSO Act at Pondicherry on the next date of hearing and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Sessions Judge.
