ORDER

This petitioner has been filed seeking to modify the condition No.(iii) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.R.C.No.1762 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for respondent.

3.In view of the request made by the learned counsel for petitioner, the condition No.(iii) in Crl.R.C.No.1762 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024 is modified as follows:

(iii) The petitioner shall appear before the learned Magistrate on all hearing dates and in exceptional circumstances, where sufficient grounds are shown for non appearance, the petitioner may file a petition under Section 317 of Cr.P.C. to dispense with his appearance.

All other conditions remain unaltered.
